We do our best to keep a tight schedule and cannot do so when clients arrive late. 
Clients 15+ minutes late will be rescheduled or will not receive the full service booked.

No-show clients who do not contact to cancel their session will not be rebooked for future services.

Our appts are confirmed 48-72 hrs in advance via text/email on file. Please give 24 hrs notice of cancellation to avoid being charged FULL AMOUNT of missed services.

**We give our personal phone numbers out as well as salon number to ensure you have clear communication lines with us to reschedule if needed

If your stylist requires a credit card on file or policy signed prior to booking, appt is not considered “booked” until that action is completed.

ALL CHILDREN are to stay in the waiting area seated and quiet, or in a stroller at the station. Chemicals, hot tools, obstacles all pose a threat and there will be NO leniency on this policy. Our salon is designed for relaxation and any services WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ENDED if children become disruptive and cannot follow policy. Please clean up after your children.

State Board prohibits pets in the salon with the exception of service animals.

Creative Release
Stylists reserve the right to refuse any services which they feel would compromise the health of the hair or any styles they feel do not adequately showcase their talent.

Any color or lightening services has potential to result in damage compromising the integrity of your hair. Be advised of the risks before choosing services as salon/stylists will not be responsible once you request these.

**Please remember pictures are inspiration and will not be exactly replicated because of the artistic nature of our work.

Pricing
Our menu will be changing this year due to increased education/skill as well as the rising costs we’ve all been hit with.

Please make us aware of any budget issues you may have during the consultation phase of your visit. We have a variety of stylists with tiered pricing within the salon and will find which stylist and color path accommodates you!

Custom color is not a cookie-cutter price line and may vary, even from appt to appt, depending on environmental factors, maintenance, or consistency of visits.
We want to perform the services that give you the best result and experience, but if you need to adjust that plan for budget concerns just let us know!

Commitment
We are elevating experiences this year, offering new specialty services and asking you to indulge in them to support your color sessions between visits. We want to ensure you get the same flawless results at home with your haircare routine and products.

There is no guarantee on color or extension services, as longevity and quality depends on your commitment to care and maintenance.

Concerns
If you are not satisfied with services received, please contact the salon within 24 hours so we can make adjustments within 7 days of original appt.
